What We Do

Mokume gane is a decorative metal that is made by fusing different non-ferrous metals together through heat and pressure. Different makers use different metals.

Mike Sakmar specializes in mokume made from fusing varying combinations of: 

• brass
• copper
•  nickel silver

Please be aware our normal delivery time on new orders of 4 to 6 weeks is now approximately 6 to 8 weeks. We apologize for any inconvenience.
